If you are thinking about adding a pet to your family, please consider adopting from the Humane Society of Ocean City, a no-kill shelter recognized as one of the nation’s top ten animal shelters.

This week we met Princess Meow Meow the cat...

"Princess Meow Meow was found as a stray in Ocean City in June 2019. The finders were afraid she would get hit by a car when the season picked up and the town got busier. When our animal control officer picked her up the little girl that found her asked if we could keep her name.

She named her Princess Meow Meow and that is still her name. She is around 8 years old. She would love a quiet home where she can sleep in the sun all day. Another cat would be fine as long as they left her alone. She is not a big fan of the shelter as all of the cats stress her out. We would love to see her get a home before she hits her one year mark of being in the shelter."

If you would like to visit Princess Meow Meow or need more information about any animal up for adoption at The Humane Society of Ocean City, call 609-398-9500 or stop in any day between 11a-3p.
