Parade to Congratulate the Champion Mainland Mustangs

Congratulations to the Mainland Mustangs, the new Group III State Baseball Champs.

It was parade time in Northfield and Linwood this past Saturday night.  The parade for the champs included police cars and fire trucks with sirens blarring from Northfield, Linwood and Somers Point.

The parade wrapped up back at the high school. A big crowd was on hand  to congratulate the champs. This was the first  state baseball title in school history for the Mustangs. Mainland defetaed Mount Olive in Toms River over the weekend for the crown.
