One Found Dead, One Injured in Hotel Room at Tropicana

Multiple news sources are reporting that one person was found dead and another injured inside a hotel room at the Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City Tuesday afternoon.

6-ABC says Atlantic City police confirm they were called to the hotel on the 2800 block of the Boardwalk around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Police pronounced one person dead in a hotel room. A second person was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.

No further details have been released.
