Out of all the vacation spots in the America, a national financial news website has chosen two South Jersey Shore towns as the best places to buy a vacation home.

Market Watch.com, owned by Dow Jones and the owners of the Wall Street Journal,  recently released a study of second home real estate as a way for investors to get back in to the real estate market.

The website concluded that Ocean City and North Wildwood are the nation's top two markets when it comes to offering the best bang for your buck and all the amenities vacation home buyers want.

A place was considered a vacation area if 25% of the housing stock was used seasonally or occasionally, as measured by the U.S. Census Bureau.

Congratulations to Ocean City and North Wildwood!  We don't want to be selfish, but there are several other South Jersey towns which could easily have been included on that list!
