Ocean City Named Coolest City to Visit in New Jersey
The Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce has announced:
Ocean City has been named the coolest city to visit in New Jersey.
Lifestyle website The Discoverer went state by state and identified the "coolest" town in each. Ocean City was named the coolest in New Jersey!
The Discover said, "Eight miles of beach, an oceanside boardwalk full of tasty treats and dozens of cute boutiques, Jersey’s Ocean City is nothing like what you’ve seen on reality TV shows. This old-fashioned resort town has been drawing visitors since the 19th-century and it’s no wonder with all the quaint landmarks and family-friendly vibes.”

Ocean City has also earned the reputation as “America’s Favorite Family Resort.”
Nearby neighboring Atlantic City has been known for nearly 100 years as “The World’s Playground,” which is where radio station WPG gets its call letters.
