Northfield Cardinals and Community Honor Fallen Coach

Parents, players and fellow coaches in and around Northfield will gather this evening to pay tribute to Northfield Cardinals Pee Wee football Coach Jim Hoopes.

Hoopes died unexpectedly earlier this week.

The community is invited to Northfield's Boy's Major League Field tonight at 7 for the tribute.

Those who knew Hoopes as a friend, coach and mentor are also invited to "walk the bases" in the late-coach's honor.
