The "next generation" has arrived in Ventnor. The next generation concept of Dunkin' Donuts, that is. The Dunkin' Donuts store that's been under construction at the corner of Ventnor and Portland Aves officially opens for business at 5am Tuesday, Oct. 23.

Excuse me, that's just Dunkin'.  It shows just how far this donut shop has evolved that they no longer want the word donuts in their name.

Late this summer, Dunkin' Donuts announced it would rename itself “Dunkin'” to reflect its increasing emphasis on coffee and other drinks. The Ventnor location features the new signage and name Dunkin’, along with eight cold beverages through a tap system, such as coffee, iced tea, cold brew coffee and nitro infused coffee.

The Press of Atlantic City quotes a press release as saying...

This Dunkin' location is a “next generation concept design," which will be one of the roughly 50 new and remodeled Dunkin’ restaurants testing new design variations this year.

The store will be open daily from 5a-11p and offer free WiFi.
