New App Lets You Rate Co-Workers on Personality and Performance

How would you like the chance to tell your co-workers exactly what you think of his half-hearted job performance or her way of playing the system for her own benefit?

A new app called “Knozen” lets you anonymously rate co-workers based on how good they are at their job, and their personality traits.

Examples include questions like ‘Who would leave work early for a date?’, ‘Who is more assertive?’ and ‘Who would pack for a trip way in advance?’

The user then selects the best match, before being given another question and two possible co-workers who are selected at random.

Each time a user is rated, they get a message saying what they were rated for and it also shows up on their profile.
