New AC Call Center Holding Job Fair

A job fair is being held this Thursday, Aug. 6 from 11a-1p to fill the first 50 sales and customer service positions at the new Atlantic City Contact Center.

NetCast BPO Services will be opening a new call center on two floors in the Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City.

The Atlantic City Contact Center will process calls for several industries including retail, insurance and tech-support 24 hours a day.If you're interested, you can turn in an application in the Southampton Room of the Claridge.

The project calls for 322 new jobs overall. This first phase of the project is on schedule to open in September with a second phase opening by mid-November .

The jobs will pay $12-$13 per hour hour and offer health benefits. The Contact Center is looking for workers with at least two years of customer service experience, with particular interest in bilingual applicants.

The Atlantic City Contact Center has been awarded $3.27 million per year in tax credits over a 10-year period by the Grow New Jersey Assistance Program, administered by the NJ Economic Development Authority.
