Movers & Shakers Will Make a Difference at Gilda’s Club South Jersey Luncheon

Over the past several years, tickets for the annual "Movers, Shakers , Difference Makers" Luncheon benefiting Gilda's Club South Jersey have become one of  the hottest commodities in town! The 8th annual luncheon at The Palm Restaurant in Atlantic City, is Friday September 28th at 11:30a.m.

Admission to the luncheon, which sells out ...every year, is limited to the first 250 people to respond. Tax-deductible tickets are $150 each and are available now by contacting Lauren at Gilda's Club South Jersey at 609-926-2699.

If you listen to the Lite Rock Morning Show, you know that Gilda's Club South Jersey is one of my favorite local organizations and I'm proud to serve on the Gilda's Board of Directors.  Gilda's  Club South Jersey offers free social and emotional support, in a warm, welcoming setting.  Gilda's Club South Jersey is open to anyone touched by cancer as well as his or her family and friends.  While all the valuable services at Gilda's Club South Jersey are  free, it does cost money for GCSJ to offer them.  That's the importance of fundraisers such as this great event!

The Palm Restaurant will be generously  donating their restaurant, food and drink for the Movers, Shakers, Difference Makers Luncheon for the eighth year, and, as something I find especially cool, even the Restaurant's servers volunteer their time for the Luncheon!

As the name  "Movers , Shakers..implies, the who's who of  South Jersey turn out for this trendy event, which makes for great networking, if that's your thing.

This year, Gilda's Club South Jersey will be honoring longtime board member Isabel Allen for her years of support and unparalleled generosity.
