Millville Police K-9 Bomb Dog Who Protected Super Bowl Dies
The Millville Police Department is in mourning after the death of their beloved K-9 dog Hannah this week.
According to the Millville Police Facebook page, Hannah had been a member of the Millville Police department since 2008, having been rescued from being euthanized a year earlier by her partner Officer John Butschky when she was a year-old.
Over her years of service, Hannah responded to hundreds of bomb calls around South Jersey and was called on to protest fans during Super Bowl 48 at Metlife Stadium.
Hannah was set to retire at the end of the year.
Here's the tribute to Hannah on the Millville Police Facebook page...
