Beckham Aaron Trout was born Thursday afternoon and weighed in at 7 pounds, 10 ounces. Little Beckham's middle name is undoubtedly a tribute to Aaron Cox, Jessica's brother and Mike's good friend, who died in 2018.

The happy couple shared the news with the world on social media....

"Our greatest gift from above ... We are so in love!" he captioned a photo of his son with a sign reading, "I'm here" on his belly. Trout added that Beckham was born at 5:10 p.m., weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20.75 inches long.

Jessica's pregnancy was on Trout's mind throughout the pandemic pause. He was against the bubble concept because of the logistical complications that would come with being with her during labor.

"My wife is pregnant, what am I going to do when she goes into labor -- am I going to have to quarantine for two weeks after I come back?" he asked. "Obviously I can't miss the birth of our first child."
