Meghan Trainor has been planning her wedding to Spy Kids fiancé Daryl Sabara and when she dropped by The Tonight Show on Friday (Oct. 12), she revealed a surprising detail about how she's inviting people to the ceremony.

The singer is foregoing the traditional route of sending out wedding invitations and instead just texting the details to her friends. "I'm tired! I don't wanna pick out a card!" Trainor said to Jimmy Fallon. "And what if they don't get it in the mail? Who checks their mail?!"

This invitation method is certainly unconventional, but maybe it does make things more convenient for the singer. Fallon suggested that e-cards might be easier for her, but Trainor shut that down, pointing out that it might go into the spam folder.

Like in previous interviews, Trainor also confirmed she's having a winter wedding because she doesn't want to sweat through her ceremony. Upon hearing this, Fallon extended the invitation to marry her to Sabara at that moment in the air conditioned studio. But alas, Fallon isn't ordained to officiate weddings yet, so that didn't pan out. Fallon did offer to go through the process to marry Trainor in the future, though.

We'll have to wait till winter to see if he sticks true to his promise.
