Mays Landing’s Stashak Debuts Against Yankees, Twitter Explodes

Oakcrest High School graduate Cody Stashak made his major league debut last night for the Minnesota Twins, pitching in relief against the New York Yankees!

Stashak, 25, who played ball at Cumberland County College and St. John's University, has been working way up the Twins' minor league system since being drafted in 2015.

The only unfortunate news - for the Twins, anyway - was that they eventually lost the game.
