Marlene’s Healthy Habits: More Pizza
I know in an earlier post I mentioned goat cheese pizza, and pretty much dissed traditional pizza with mozzarella cheese.
Well, frankly sometimes a girl needs a little fresh mozzarella on her pizza. And if you combine it with other fresh ingredients like plum tomato & sweet basil, along with extra virgin olive oil & oregano, is that really so bad?? I say no it's not. In fact, it's very good. So, enjoy your pizza....& keep it fresh. :)
