Little Girl at Philly Zoo Video is “Otter-ly” Adorable [VIDEO]

This video is guaranteed to put a smile on your face!  The otters at the Philadelphia Zoo have their attention focused on this little girl running back and forth in front of their tank.  Does it lose a little cuteness when you realize the reason they're interested is because they want to eat the little girl?  Well, that didn't happen, so the video is still cute!
