It's a case of the same man doing the same crime in the same place - and, it's not pretty.

Police in Ship Bottom say on Monday they were called out to the Wawa on Central Avenue for a lewdness complaint.

When police arrived on the scene the subject had already left, but police were able to get a good description of the vehicle from a witness.

Here's what Ship Bottom Police happened then:

The vehicle and suspect were located inside another store within our borough and a positive identification was made of the suspect. The suspect was arrested and transported back to SBPD where he was processed and charged with two counts of lewdness. Further investigation revealed that the suspect was wanted for a previous incident at the same location in August 2018.
According to the victims, the suspect never physically approached, touched, or assaulted anyone on either occasion and the victims never physically confronted the suspect.
