The latest South Jersey school to go 100% virtual is Hammonton High School due to a staff member testing positive for COVID-19, according to a report from the Press of Atlantic City.

All Hammonton High School classes will be virtual from Thursday, October 22nd through Friday, October 30th, 2020 due to safety concerns for students and staff members. The Department of Health will notify those who have been in close contact.

My son is a middle school teacher and his school is currently on a 100% remote schedule. His school will eventually go to a hybrid schedule at the beginning of November. I'm sure even going to a hybrid schedule is giving him a cause for concern.

COVID-19 continues to cause havoc and major disruptions in our everyday lives. Unfortunately, the list of New Jersey schools that have to go 100% virtual may grow in the upcoming months, due to staff members or students testing positive for coronavirus.
