A GoFundMe fundraiser page has been established to help with the cost of a funeral for 16-year old Bailey Emory, the Oakcrest student who was killed in an ATV crash last week.

The GoFundMe page was created by Bailey’s uncle, Anthony Mazzarell. Mazzarell details the challenges his nephew encountered in his short life, overcoming the death of his mother Julie, who was killed by a drunk driver in 2015.

He showed a maturity while grieving that is rare for someone of his young age, and was resolute to make his mom proud. I know he is with her now, and like the rest of us, she is very proud of the young man he was.

Bailey Emory, an Oakcrest High School sophomore, died Wednesday after crashing an ATV he was riding into a tree in the Mizpah section of Hamilton Township.
