The problem we may face at times is that we don’t have enough energy to get out of bed and start our day off right which ultimately lessens our motivation to do the things we are passionate about. Get some excitement in your life to break up the mediocrity of everyday living. Make a list of exciting things you want to do and start checking them off. It could be a holiday or an experience like skydiving, scuba diving, or climbing a mountain. It could be something as simple as learning a new skill, running a race, or writing a short story. Whatever you consider an exciting activity, go and do it.
It's hard to feel energy and motivation when your body's weighed down by junk food, soda, and sugar. Your mind and body are two parts of the same system. The food and drinks you ingest affect your mindset and general well-being. Eating clean nutritious food gives your body the energy it needs to perform.
When you have compelling goals that you're committed to, you'll feel inspired to take the necessary actions. If you have no motivation to take action on your goals then they're not your goals. It's time to rethink what you really want. If a goal is yours you'll feel compelled to take action.
