Express will be closing dozens of stores across the country in the coming months and into next year, but as of now, none of those store closings will be happening in New Jersey.

We first told you Wednesday that the fashion retailer would be closing stores following disappointing sales this past holiday season. However, in a list obtained by Business Insider, no New Jersey stores are on the chopping-block.

The nearest stores to South Jersey that will be closing are located in the Neshaminy Mall in Bensalem, PA, and one store in New York City.

Locally, Express has stores in Mays Landing, Atlantic City, Deptford, Cherry Hill, Moorestown, and Toms River.

Much like 2019, 2020 has become another brutal year for traditional retailers. Most recently, Pier 1 announced it was closing over 400 stores across the country.
