Cool! Here’s Video of the Very First Wawa Drive Thru

Wawa will never be the same. Ok, that was a little dramatic. On Friday, Wawa opened a new location in Westhampton, New Jersey featuring a drive-thru option.

If you're like me, Wawa is life, and I found this pretty exciting. Not as exciting as getting our own at the Jersey Shore though.

Over the weekend while scrolling through my FYP on TikTok I came across this video that gives us a look at what the Wawa drive-thru experience is like.

Instagram was buzzing too.

You'll notice two lanes and three huge digital boards featuring items you can order. This Wawa drive-thru will allow you to take care of way more than a quick coffee run. It appears you can pick up breakfast sandwiches, hoagies, specialty drinks, and snacks.

Drive-thru service for now will be available from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

After exploring  Wawa's corporate site, I was excited to see that they are planning on opening a new store in Eatontown on Route 35 and N. Meridian Rd. They say it should be operational by early 2021.

Some may say, "do we really need another Wawa?" To that I say. Heck yeah! #wawalife

Now, the Wawa site didn't specify whether the new Eatontown Wawa would have a drive-thru, but it may all depend on the success (or lack thereof) of the Westhampton spot.

Wouldn't a Wawa drive-thru come in clutch when stores are crazy busy in the morning and at lunch?
