CONTACT Cape-Atlantic Make the Calls That Care

Congratulations to all the CONTACT Cape-Atlantic  volunteers who helped make 2011 their  most caring year yet!  CONTACT Cape-Atlantic is a United Way agency providing telephone reassurance and community support...to the elderly and disabled in Atlantic and Cape May Counties.

In 2011, almost 82,000 calls were handled, up from 74,000 calls in 2010.

Over 150 volunteers make calls of a weekly basis and help their South Jersey neighbors continue their independent living, while still feeling connected.
