Yesterday was a big day for the graduating class of 2013 with numerous ceremonies held throughout South Jersey. The graduates from Atlantic City High School lined the boardwalk and proceeded to Boardwalk Hall, The class of 2013 which totaled 533 students was dubbed  the “Superstorm Sandy class”

It was a big day for the graduates of Ocean City. The grads were urged to connect with their goals. Superintendent Kathleen Taylor left grad with these words of advice: "Always keep that sense of hope with you. It will give you greater optimism," she said. "Don't ever give it up, don't ever give it away and don't ever take it for granted."

It was also a big day for the 131st graduating class of Millville High School and Cumberland Regional High School.

78 percent of the 433 Millville graduates plan on some form of higher education and 8 percent are headed to the U.S. military.
