Police who responded to a disorderly person 911 call in Cape May Court House Monday had their hands full and their handcuffs bent by the man in question.

The Middle Township police report says Ginelryan Jean, 21, was smashing things in the house when they arrived and became very combative when police tried to take him into custody.

At some point, Jean physically bent the police handcuffs and was even tasered unsuccessfully as police tried to subdue him. The police report says Jean ripped the taser "probes off his body, and continued to be uncooperative."

So, this guy ripped the taser probes off and kept right on fighting with the cops!  Whoa!

It sounds like it was a tough day on the job for Middle Township Police! Here is the police report on the scuffle taken from the Middle Township Police facebook page...

On January 16, 2017 the Middle Township Police Department received a 911 call reporting a disorderly person on Tally Ho Road in the Cape May Court House section of Middle Township.  Upon the arrival of patrol officers  the accused, Ginelryan Jean, 21 years of age, who resides at 5 Tally Ho Road was smashing items in the house and was combative upon contact with Corporal Norton and Patrolman Reardon.

Ginelryan Jean was told he was under arrest and disregarded the officer’s commands to comply.  He became aggressive towards the officers and physically bent the handcuffs when attempting to place him in custody.  A conductive energy device (Taser) was deployed, which failed to neutralize his aggression as he ripped the probes off his body, and continued to be uncooperative.

Ginelryn Jean was finally subdued and shackled upon the arrival of additional officers. He was charged with Aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, Disorderly conduct and Resisting arrest.
