Cars, Power Lines Go Up in Flames After EHT Crash [PHOTOS/VIDEO]

A two-car crash caused both vehicles to catch on fire and downed power lines about 8pm Saturday in Egg Harbor Township.

The crash happened around 8 p.m. at West Jersey and Cates avenues. Both cars caught fire and power lines were knocked down after the two-vehicle crash.

Photos and a short video taken by my Facebook friend Danielle Katzoff show the one car partially on top of the other and a telephone pole with power lines close to the scene of the crash beginning to catch fire.

Both drivers were able to escape their cars before the fire. There was no immediate word on the cause of the crash.
