‘Birdman’ Blurs the Lines of Acting and Reality

The movie 'Birdman' is described as a black comedy.  It stars Michael Keaton as an actor  who went from portraying Birdman in the movies to directing a play on Broadway.

He encounters all kinds of struggles along the way, especially after hiring one particular actor (played by Ed Norton).  The cast also includes Emma Stone & Naomi Watts.  They all play quite colorful characters both on & off the stage.  In fact, it's hard to tell sometimes when they are acting & when they are just being themselves.  But that's what makes the movie interesting, amusing, quirky and a bit strange (in a good way).  If that sounds like your kinda movie, then by all means go see it soon.  :)
