Billy Joel celebrated his 70th birthday on stage Friday at Madison Square Garden with a little help from his celebrity friends.

According to Rolling Stone, everyone from Paul McCartney to Don Henley, Garth Brooks, AC/DC’s Brian Johnson and Pink send him surprise birthday video messages throughout the course of the show.

Billy’s eldest daughter, Alexa, and his three year-old, Della Rose, came out to lead the capacity crowd in a sing-along rendition of “Happy Birthday.”

Guitar wiz Peter Frampton — currently on his farewell tour — stopped in for a live performance and gave Joel a “talk box” like the one the “Show Me the Way” singer famously uses to get unique sounds out of his instrument.

Joel gave the 20,000 fans in attendance a night to remember with a two-and-a-half hour set that ended with "Uptown Girl” and “It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me,” then finally, “You May Be Right,” for which Frampton returned to the stage.

Billy Joel brings his summer baseball stadium tour to Citizen's Bank Park next Friday, May 24.

Happy birthday, Billy!
