Bet She Can Lick Her Own Elbow! She’s the World’s Most Flexible Woman [VIDEO]

The world's bendiest woman, Julia Günthel aka "Zlata," can twist herself into the most extreme poses imaginable - and has broken numerous world records for her flexibility.

The 27-year-old former Russian gymnast is so flexible that she can cram herself into a 20-square inch box.

She said, 'Doing these poses just feels very natural to me, but sometimes it can get a bit uncomfortable if I have to hold a pose for a long time in photo shoots.'

She has been twisting herself into various positions since she was four years old, and eventually joined an after-school circus class before turning her talent into a career.

She still works hard, though, and says that she has to work out rigorously every day to stay in shape and maintain her flexibility.
