Be Prepared To Spend More On Your Turkey Dinner

It's going to cost you more than 13% to put a traditional Thanksgiving dinner

on your table this Thanksgiving...

The American Farm Bureau Federation estimates the average cost to make a meal for 10 will be $49.20.. That's almost $6 more than last year.

The cost is still a bargain at just under $5 per person according to the AFBF

president.  The big ticket item a 16 pound turkey came in at $21.57 this year. That's almost an increase of over 25 cents per pound.
