The Atlantic County Division of Public Health reported no new deaths related to COVID-19 for the sixth day in a row.

While no deaths were reported on Tuesday, 13 more people, six men and seven women, were confirmed to have tested positive for the virus.

Today’s count brings the countywide total to 3,989 confirmations, 2,697 recoveries, and 245 deaths.

Atlantic County will continue to provide COVID-19 testing by appointment at the public works complex on Route 9 in Northfield each Tuesday in September from 9:00 to 11:30 AM -- except for next week when testing will be held on Wednesday, September 9th. Tests are available for both symptomatic and asymptomatic county residents with or without a doctor’s prescription. For more information and to make an appointment, visit the county's website.
