Dinner is served Thursday evening for those lucky enough to get invitations for the latest local restaurant renovation on the Food Network TV show "Restaurant Impossible".

The restaurant at the Pomona Golf and Country Club was picked for a $10,000, 48-hour makeover which will celebrate its grand reveal Thursday night.

The crew from "Restaurant Impossible", with the help of local contractors, businesses and some very excited locals have all been pitching in to renovate the kitchen, rewrite the menu and makeover the business in time for Thursday's big event. The taping of the reveal is scheduled to air this summer.

Host Robert Irvine, a former New Jersey resident, also tackled Sandy-ravaged Long Beach Island Pancake House and the Ship Bottom Volunteer Fire Company house last year.
