The Atlantic City Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the body of a man that was pulled from the ocean on October 15th.

Last week, officers responded to the beach off of Pacific Avenue where a man's body was stuck in a jetty in the ocean. The Atlantic City Fire Department responded to the scene and worked for several hours to remove the man.

So far, police and the Southern Regional Medical Examiner’s Office have not been able to identify the man.

In an effort to obtain information on who the man is, he is described as follows:

  • Adult male
  • Light skin (unknown race or ethnicity)
  • over 40 years of age
  • 5' 3"
  • 150 pounds with a lean build
  • No teeth (has not had them for a period of time)
  • Eight inch vertical scar on stomach
  • Wearing a size small Comme Ca ISM Foxes Co. LTD short-sleeve collared button down shirt with tan vertical pinstripes
