Have you ever noticed that there is a ghost town within Atlantic City perpendicular to the boardwalk along Tennessee Avenue? It is an area that does not have the best reputation....until now.

Now a yoga studio, a gourmet chocolate bar, and a coffee shop have opened along these struggling blocks with hopes that it will kick start a revamp of the area.

And there is already plans for other new additions including a new beer hall that is set to open this November and a music venue space called Rhythm and Spirits which will open within the first six months of 2019

The goal is to turn it into a, "walkable, millennial playground."

“I’m very dubious,” said previous manager of Pic-a-Lilli Pub, Kip Russell.. “But in a short time, I’ve seen the block change dramatically. I think the rewards are tremendous.”

Do you think this project will be a success?
