A New Jersey Powerball Ticket is Now Worth $50K

The new jumbo powerball jackpot is worth $700 million which makes it the largest jackpot ever in the U.S. While there was no big winner in last night's monster power ball jackpot, there was a winning ticket sold in New Jersey. According to lottery officials, a ticket worth $50,000 was sold at a 7-11 in Monmouth County on Brick Boulevard in Brick. The winning ticket matched four numbers and the Powerball number. Last night’s numbers were – 2, 11, 47, 62, 63, and Powerball #17

Saturday's jackpot is now worth $700 million. The lump sum payout would have had an estimated cash value of about $428.4 million, before taxes!
