Every Thursday morning at 7:10am on the Lite Rock Morning Show, the Humane Society of Ocean City brings in the new Lite Rock Pet of the Week.

If you are thinking about adding a pet to your family, please consider adopting from the Humane Society of Ocean City, a no-kill shelter recognized as one of the nation’s top ten animal shelters.

This week we met Wonton the cat...

Here is some information on Wonton from the Humane Society of Ocean City:

"Wonton is about 5 years old. He was found living on the streets with a badly broken leg. In his best interest the leg was amputated and he is much happier without it.

He does have feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) so he may need more frequent visits to the vet. He does great with other cats but does not like dogs.
If you are interested in giving Wonton a chance or need add info please contact Jen or Courtney at the shelter.."

If you would like to visit Wonton or need more information about any animal up for adoption at The Humane Society of Ocean City, call 609-398-9500 or stop in any day between 11a-3p.
