I get brain fog more than I care to admit. Yes, it's worst after nights where I was sleep-deprived, or when a hangover is involved, and even when there's a lack of sunlight. But most often, my bouts with brain fog come from and overwhelming list of tasks and a lack of being able to figure out what to do first. So, the fog just settles in.

But Dr. Kristen Willeumier has some great advice on the topic. The neuroscientist has even written an entire book dedicated to clearing brain fog with author Sarah Toland called 'Biohack Your Brain: How to Boost Cognitive Health, Performance, & Power'.
