3 Busted for Dealing Drugs in Little Egg Harbor Township
Three people with the same last name were nabbed in a narcotics investigation at an apartment complex in Little Egg Harbor Township.
Little Egg Harbor Police say the arrests occurred at the in the the parking area of the Walnut Estates Apartment Complex on Vincent Court last Friday. "The investigation resulted in the discovery of hypodermic needles and quantities of heroin."
Police arrested the following:
Frank A. Hernandez (53), Jessica A. Hernandez (23), and Gina M. Hernandez (26) of Little Egg Harbor were charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Tampering with Physical Evidence, and were lodged in the Ocean County Jail pending future court proceedings. Elaine Hazard, also of Little Egg Harbor, was charged with Conspiracy to Possess a Controlled Dangerous substance and released pending future court proceedings.
