The world's most famous Christmas Tree has begun its holiday journey to one of New York City's most famous historical landmarks, Rockefeller Plaza.
The 2015 version of the Rockefeller Christmas Tree is a colossal 78-foot, 10 ton Norway spruce from Gardiner, N.Y., which is located in Hudson County.

The famous tree will make the trek to NYC on a 115 ft long trailer and will be ready for the 83rd annual Christmas Tree lighting ceremony on December, 2nd.  Rockefeller Plaza is located between West 48th and 51st Streets and Fifth and Sixth Avenues in New York City.
