A wedding ring symbolizes your everlasting love, so it's no wonder that this New Jersey woman was ecstatic after learning her stolen wedding ring would once again be on her finger.

According to NBC New York, former Margate resident Tina Citera's house was burglarized ten years ago. Among the items stolen was a gold wedding band which had her husband's name engraved in it.

Flash forward 10 years to when the Ventnor Police Department discovered the ring was packed away in an evidence room, which contains stolen property.

The happy couple has been married for 25 years, and now they can celebrate their next wedding anniversary with their original wedding rings thanks to an assist by the Ventnor Police Department!
