20 Year Old Violently Arrested In Wildwood Rejects Plea Deal

The 20-year-old woman who was violently arrested on the Wildwood Beach on May 26 has rejected the plea deal offered in court Thursday morning.

The Philadelphia woman, Emily Weinman, rejected a pre-indictment plea offer of 4th degree assault and will now apply for pre-trial intervention.

Body-camera footage showed Weinman refusing to give officers her last name when she was stopped for allegedly drinking alcohol underage on the beach.

It is unclear whether or not she put her hands on the officers but her attempting to spit on the officers is caught on tape.
