What Employees Really Want For Christmas

According to a new Harris Poll of over 2,500 working Americans found that 75% would take a cash bonus over a party.

62% would prefer a salary increase and 32% wanted more time off. Only 4% wanted a Christmas party at work. A grocery gift card and being able to work at home for a year were also popular items.

My boss just scheduled our Holiday luncheon for Decmeber 14th.. Maybe I'll ask him for Christmas Cash instead! I know he'll just laugh at my request...
