Weekend Happenings: AC Beach Concert, Insane Inflatable 5K, Guts & Glory Run + More

After months of talk, publicity and planning, the first of the Atlantic City Beach Concerts is finally here!

Maroon 5, still enjoying the afterglow of 2014's hit release "V", and propelled by singer Adam Levine's celebrity as a judge on TV's talent/reality show "The Voice" will headline, with former Disney star Nick Jonas and LBI native and "Voice" runner-up Matt McAndrew opening.

No official numbers have been released, but rumor has it tickets have sold well for Sunday's show and the weather promises to be nice...and hot. If you are going, plan on being part of a big crowd, be patient and enjoy. Here's some concert information you should know.

Also this weekend, let me recommend joining Lite Rock Saturday morning for our Insane Inflatable 5K at Bader Field. Last year's Insane event was a blast! When promoting the Insane Inflatable 5K, I've been saying, "This is not your father's 5K", but the truth is my father never had a 5K.
