Governor Chris Christie will deliver New Jersey's Fiscal Year 2014 Budget Address at 3:00 p.m. this afternoon, and you can watch the address live.

Many political insiders say the Governor won't be squeezing any surprises into the budget, arguing that that would make balancing it even more difficult than it will already be.

Christie has already come out and said that the budget will represent what's best for the people of New Jersey, saying, "budgets come and go and taxes go up and down but saving lives… that lasts forever.”
