Tragic Plane Crash Caught on Video [VIDEO]

Dramatic video footage shows the last moments of a TransAsia Plane crashing shortly after taking off from Taipei airport in Tawain.There are now 26 confirmed fatalities and fifteen survivors. Rescue teams are still searching for missing passengers. This video which was recorded on a driver's dashcam, shows the plane's tragic crash.
