The Wildest, Bounciest 5K Ever! The Insane Inflatable 5K is Saturday at Bader Field

The Insane Inflatable 5K, a new fun run series made up of inflatable obstacles, returns to Bader Field in Atlantic City on Saturday, Aug. 15.

The Insane Inflatable 5K is accessible to competitive runners, weekend warriors and armchair athletes looking to try something fun and new. The course is about three miles and incorporates 11 extreme inflatable obstacles.

Organizers say the idea started on a napkin. They drew up ideas of inflatable obstacles and ran with the idea. Kids and adults of all ages and athleticism will love the Insane Inflatable 5K.

The signature inflatables range in size and complexity, including “Pure Misery,” a 100-foot obstacle testing strength, agility, flexibility and endurance; “Jump Around,” the largest inflatable with more than 70 feet of bounce pad; and “Vertigo,” in which participants climb to the top of the steepest slide in the industry (at six stories tall) and slide down to finish the race and claim their medals.

The Insane Inflatable 5K will also feature games, food, beverages and merchandise from local vendors and sponsors.
