The Taj Mahal Gets To Keep its Name

There will be no name change to the Trump Taj Mahal.Donald Trump and Carl Icahn have reached an agreement that will keep Trump's name on the Atlantic City Casino. According to the Press of Atlantic City, The Trump name can reamain on the casino as long as they make renovations and alterations to maintain a “Required Taj Standard,” according to court filing by Trump Entertainment. 

Trump's AC Casino Marks, had filed a court case, maintaining The Taj Mahal was not meeting quality standards on the property. All new renovations to the Taj must be completed by March 15, 2017.
