Here’s some info in case you need it while your stuffing the bird tomorrow morning…
- The USDA has a hot line for meat and poultry that’s available to help. You can call them at 1-800-535-4555 anytime to hear recorded messages. The hot line is open on Thanksgiving Day from 8:00 a. m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Butterball operates their Turkey Talk-Line at 1-800-BUTTERBALL (1-800-288-8372) — you can call them throughout November and December.
