Taylor Swift Performs New Ballad for Stand Up to Cancer [VIDEO]

Taylor Swift debuted a new song at the Stand Up To Cancer telethon.

Taylor wrote the song especially for a young cancer patient who lost has battle with the disease.

"Ronan" is her tribute to a young boy who died from cancer last year. She wrote the ballad with the help of Ronan's mom, who kept a blog about her son's fight to live.

The song is already No. 2 on the I-Tunes charts. Proceeds will benefit cancer charities which is an awesome gesture by Ta]ylor.
