West Nile Virus in Atlantic County NJ

Atlantic County is reporting finding a mosquito in Somers Point that has tested positive for West Nile virus. This is the first confirmed positive mosquito sample found in Atlantic County this year.

A positive test for West Nile Virus was confirmed in Linwood by Atlantic County public health officials this week, the third in the county so far this summer.
